Tai Chi is non-aerobic, low impact, slow, gentle series of relaxing movements. Tai Chi helps to open our joints and allow for greater blood flow to the joints and muscles. Tai Chi increases strength, reduces pain and improves balance. And, it’s just plain fun!
The classes are designed to help us seniors and those with mobility issues get loosened up, build strength and balance, and maybe make some new friends. Tai Chi is done sitting or standing.
